End user license agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of the Superlemon software and related services (the “Software”). This EULA is provided by Quick Brown Fox OPC Private Limited.

1. License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for your internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You will not (and will not permit others to):

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except where prohibited by law;
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software except as expressly permitted;
• Remove or obscure proprietary notices; or
• Use the Software in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software.

4. Termination

This license ends when your right to use the Service ends (for example if your account is terminated). Upon termination, you must stop using the Software.
