Affiliate terms

These Affiliate Terms apply if we provide you with an affiliate or referral link for Superlemon (the “Program”). By participating, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must comply with applicable laws and only promote the Service in a truthful, non-misleading way.

2. Prohibited promotion

• Do not use spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive tactics.
• Do not bid on our trademarked terms in a way that suggests you are Superlemon.
• Do not imply endorsement, partnership, or certification unless we’ve agreed in writing.

3. Tracking and payouts

If we offer payouts or credits, we will define the tracking rules (for example cookie window), qualification criteria, and payout schedule in writing (for example in an email, dashboard, or order form). We may withhold payouts for suspected fraud or violations.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate participation at any time if we believe you have violated these terms or created risk for the Service.
